Returns Policy

No Returns on Research Compounds
Due to the nature of research-grade compounds, Apex Molecular does not accept returns or exchanges on any products once dispatched. All sales are final. This policy exists to preserve the integrity and safety of every batch in our supply chain.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin.apexmolecular@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence. We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.
