Research Use Only
All products sold by Apex Molecular are intended strictly for research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or veterinary use. By purchasing from this site you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that products will only be used for lawful research purposes.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Apex Molecular. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we have reason to believe this condition has not been met.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment must be completed in full before dispatch.
Limitation of Liability
Apex Molecular shall not be liable for any damages arising from misuse of products, including any use outside of lawful research purposes. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or purchase of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
